Inception
EarthNEther was born from a simple intention—to create a space where ancient wisdom meets modern living. It began as a personal journey of healing, self-discovery, and coming back to what truly matters.
The Idea
At its core, EarthNEther brings together the grounding energy of the earth and the subtle, expansive nature of the ether. It is a space where movement, stillness, sound, and awareness coexist—supporting you to feel more connected, balanced, and alive.

We believe wellness is not a destination, but a way of being. Rooted in yoga philosophy, our approach honours the body, respects individual journeys, and encourages mindful, sustainable practices over quick fixes.

About Rasika Kshirsagar –

Practicing and teaching yoga professionally since 2016, Rasika’s journey began as a personal path of healing and self-discovery, which gradually evolved into holding space for others with care and intention.

She has trained with respected schools like the The Yoga Institute and Bharatha Yoga Shala, and in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga under international teachers Mark Robberds and Deepika Mehta. Her Yin Yoga training with Ira Trivedi, along with her work in sound therapy, adds a deeply restorative and immersive dimension to her offerings.
Rasika practices multi disciplinary methods & integrates asanas, pranayama, dhyana, yin practices, chakra work, sound therapy, and pregnancy-focused yoga to offer a truly holistic experience.

Her sessions are built on thoughtful progressions, helping students build strength, improve alignment, and find ease in their bodies.
Working closely with individual needs, she supports students in relieving discomfort, achieving their personal goals, and cultivating sustainable health and fitness routines that feel balanced and intuitive.
